Trumpet of central and eastern Nepal. The conical copper tube comprises two telescoping sections extending to about 137 cm long. The Annapurna karnāl of central Nepal has a flared bell, and the Kalaśa karnāl of eastern Nepal has a bowl-shaped bell.
