Idiophone of Flores, Indonesia. It is a dried half coconut shell held open-side up and struck on both the inside and outside with a length of bamboo, sometimes padded with rubber. It is played to accompany the togo, tandak, and hegong dances in the area of Sikha. Several korak players may join together, singing and dancing as they play....
